The series is also available digitally on YouTube. This series is a tribute to the unsung heroes of Pakistan’s police service. It follows the struggles of an honorable police officer, Arsalan (Farhan Saeed), who fights against the deep-rooted social evils of a small town named Jhok Sial. Jhok Sial is a small town located in a desert near Multan and Shorkot. It is a tribal stronghold filled with lawlessness and social evils. There lives a young girl, Noori. She decides to flee with her lover, Shaukat. She tells about her plan to her friend Sassi (Hiba Bukhari). The lovers decide to leave for Shorkot via train. However, the ruffians of the local landlord, Peeral, catch them at the railway station. Both of them get imprisoned in the haveli of Peeral. Afterwards, Shaukat gets jailed. 

On the other hand, Peeral’s feudal son, Meeral, takes this event as a matter of pride and honor. Meenal instigates the villagers to punish the lovers severely. However, Peeral gets smitten by the beauty of Noori. He marries Noori in exchange for forgiving the debts of her stepfather. But, the rebellious Noori only marries him for the safe release of Shaukat from the town. Unbeknownst to them, the hot-headed Meeral kills Shaukat.  One day, Sassi visits her friend Noori at the haveli. There, she comes under the lustful eyes of Meeral. Hence, to get close to Sassi, Meeral employs her brother, Jeevan, among his special workers. He sends his brother with the other workers to serve for human trafficking. 

On the other hand, Arsalan has passed the CSS (Central Superior Services) examination with flying colors. He becomes the ASP (Assistant Superintendent of Police) of Jhok Sial. There, he notices the incompetence of the police station due to the prevailing feudalism. Hence, he decides to do something about it and make a difference. Jhok Sarkar is a mixture of drama, romance, and action, which glorifies the bravery and sacrifices of Pakistani police officers.

Shaukat goes to jail. Peeral's son Meeral gets mad and tells the villagers to punish Noori and Shaukat badly. But Peeral starts liking Noori's beauty and decides to marry her, forgiving her stepdad's debt. Noori agrees if Shaukat is freed. However, Meeral secretly kills Shaukat even though Peeral doesn't know. Sassi visits and gets Meeral's attention. Meeral involves Sassi's brother Jeevan in his illegal activities. Meanwhile, the new ASP police officer Arsalan arrives. He finds the police station is disorganized and the town has many problems due to powerful families. The drama explores justice, unfairness, and trying to cause change where influence rules. It started June 16, 2023, at 8 pm. Each episode is 35 minutes long.
