Ishq Achanak is a Pakistani serial that premiered in 2020 on Play Entertainment. It is an Urdu-language serial that focuses on the life of a couple as they take care of their conflicting nieces. Asif and Saira are a happily married couple who don’t have any kids. The story opens with them receiving a call from their nieces notifying them that they will stay with them. Sukaina is a lovely girl who frequently argues with one of her university classmates. She despises seeing his face and chatting to him. Still, they ultimately arrive at the exact location. Sukaina often fights with Yasir. Yasir doesn't understand Sukaina's attitude and refuses to follow her orders. Asif and Saira were making plans to marry their nieces. However, their plans fell apart when they discovered Sukaina and Yasir are foes and cannot be lovers. Even after their disagreements, Yasir and Sukaina resolve to live under the same roof to fulfill their uncle and aunt's wishes.

However, the situation did not end. Yasir and Saira kept causing trouble to each other through words and actions. Yasir ruined Sukaina’s dress because she poured water on him at the dinner table. To take revenge, Sukaina added a lot of salt to the food prepared by Yasir. Asif and Saira were disappointed by their behavior and wanted them to be friends. The story escalates when Saira asks Yasir to pick up Sukaina from her friend’s home at night. Sukaina made Yasir wait an hour, during which Yasir’s phone was stolen by local goons. The foes argued in the car: regarding what should be played in the vehicle, music or cricket commentary? Later, Sukaina left the car because Yasir didn’t comply with her command.

At home, Asif and Saira grew furious at Yasir for leaving Sukaina mid-way alone at night. When Sukaina returned, Asif and Saira fought and slept in separate rooms.
