Its Second Season launch on Star Bharat and Disney+ Hotstar, titled- Saubhagyavati Bhava: Niyam Aur Shartein Laagu, on September 26, 2023.  Its story revolves around Jahnvi Sharma (Sriti Jha) and her abusive husband Viraj Dobriyal (Karanvir Bohra).

Viraj Dobriyal is a rich and powerful business tycoon. He fell in love with a beautiful, simple, educated girl, Jahnvi, from a humble family background. Viraj has been diagnosed with OCD due to his abusive childhood. After their marriage, Jahnvi realizes the horrifying truth of her husband. He acts polite and good in front of others, but, in reality, he is overly possessive and abusive towards his wife. Fearful Jahnvi always tries to appease him. One day, Viraj got jealous when he saw his wife talking to Sanjay, who was holding her hand. Furious, Viraj beats her up and then sexually assaults her, who becomes pregnant afterward. However, due to Viraj’s constant abuse, Jahnvi suffers a miscarriage. Later, Viraj also tells his wife the truth about his childhood and warns her not to leave him at any cost. 

As the regular torture became unbearable for Jahnvi, she tried to commit suicide. However, her mother-in-law, Geeta, encourages her to face her problems head-on. One day, Viraj forcibly drops Jahnvi at her parents’ house. There, she cries hysterically after seeing the dead bodies of her family. Viraj also burned down her house. Hence, Jahnvi fakes her death to escape her husband. She flees to Gurgaon and starts living there as Sia. Raghav (Harshad Chopra), a vibrant young man, started liking Sia. She also became the governess of his nephew, Krish, and his family loves her too. However, due to a cruel turn of events, Viraj tracks her down and starts creating problems between Sia and Raghav. Enraged by everything, Sia stands up for herself and divorces her so-called husband. Later, a mental asylum became his abode. She also realizes her love for Raghav.

One year later, the family friend of Raghav, ACP Saxena, who goes by the name Rana, killed his brother and his wife. Viraj also discovers his truth and is subjected to electric shock therapy, reducing his memory to a seven-year-old. Raghav manages to get Rana arrested, saving Viraj. Raghav also helps Viraj in regaining his lost memory. Again, Viraj tries to win Sia back, and Raghav decides to return him to prison. However, on their way back, some goons attacked them, killing Raghav, who died with the name of Sia on his lips. The blame for this tragic death goes to Viraj. He also tries to convince Sia and poisons her in the process. He declares he will only give her the antidote when she confesses her love for him. Refusing his demands, Sia dies, professing her love for Raghav and announcing that her heart will live on to ensure Viraj pays for his misdeeds.

After the death of Sia, a journalist, Ananya, got her heart. She was aware of the story of Sia and Raghav and tried to find more. She found out that Viraj killed Sia and unsuccessfully tried to expose him. Knowing everything, Viraj gets furious and tries to get her heart back in vain. Ananya locates the dead body of Sia, kept by Viraj, and cremate her. She also curses Viraj when he tries to stop her. Upon realizing everything, Viraj surrenders and is granted 14 years imprisonment. Finally, the heart of Ananya forgives Viraj, who is now repenting in prison and living with the memories of his late wife.
