Beti Jaisi is a Pakistani serial that premiered in 2018 on Geo TV. It's an Urdu-language drama serial. The serial focuses on the life of a family as they experience the unexpected plot twist within. Maha and Meerab are sisters who live with Farzana, their mom and Riaz, their dad. Maha is the stepdaughter of Riaz; however, she's treated with utmost care and equally as Meerab. Another family member is Sarim, cousin brother of Maha and Meerab. The story begins the day Maha falls sick and skips breakfast.

Riaz is close to Maha and gets her checked by a doctor. Zain, Maha's college best friend, calls her as she skipped college. Later, Sarim confesses to his friend that he likes Maha and wants to marry her; however, he fears her rejection. Farzaana overhears Sarim's conversation and plans to keep Maha and Sarim away from each other. The next day, when Maha meets Zain in college, he confesses his feelings for her. In return, Maha tells Zain that she loves Sarim, her cousin.

The story escalates when Farzaana doesn't want Sarim to marry Maha. She wants Meerab to marry Sarim. However, Meerab is falling in love with her gynecologist, Samir. To end Maha and Sarim's story, Farzaana lies to Maha. She tells Maha that Sarim has confessed to her that he likes Meerab and wants to marry her. What will happen next?
