The show revolves around a happy couple who have big dreams of a perfect family, but alongside each of them, have their aspirations and goals as well. After marriage, their life changes as the societal pressure of giving birth to a male child leads them to have many children. In 6 years, they have four children, all daughters, and hence, they still keep trying for a son.

The show focuses on the orthodox mentality of society to have a male child and the financial, mental, and physical problems faced by people due to having too many children too quickly.
