Anandhi is a do-gooder who lives with her family in a village. She is her father’s pet. However, her mother worries for her tomboyish nature. Anandhi has an elder sister. Due to some unwanted happenings in her family, Anandhi had to move to the city. She joins a garment factory. Ashwin works in the same factory, and he wants to help Anandhi as she is new to the city. But Anandhi misunderstands him and complains about his behaviour which causes legal trouble for him. Meanwhile, Anandhi’s boss starts developing feelings for her. What will happen next? The rest of the story deals with Anandhi’s life.
