The story revolves around a missing case of a woman. Madhur Anand is a famed chef in a top restaurant. Vaishnavi is Mathur’s wife. One day, he discovers that Viashnavi has not returned home. He goes to a police station to complain that his wife is missing. There, he meets the prime investigative officer. He is going to retire soon. He has been depressed about the recent death of his wife. He is still recovering from this shock. When he gets a missing wife case, he instantly becomes interested in it. 

When the officer starts inspecting the case, he immediately notices many clues suggesting criminal activity. However, he does not find any clue to suspect anyone. The missing case turns into a murder case when they find Vaishnavi’s body. As he goes deeper into the case, he gets evidence that proves that Mathur Anand is lying. Mathur had narrated a story about the events that happened that evening when his wife went missing. The police officer had assumed he was telling the truth as he seemed like a concerned husband. The officer was seeing himself in Anand. Now that the police know that Anand has lied, he also comes under the suspect list. With this knowledge, the investigation starts again with a new direction. 

Anand accepts that he was lying initially, but he hasn't killed Viashnavi. To get to the root of this puzzle, he also starts investigating the case in his way and with his resources. He wants to unravel the mystery of his wife’s death himself. During this, they discover that Vaishnavi was leading a completely different life before her death. She was playing the role of someone else along with being a housewife. They have to solve the case by investigating her life before her death. Ultimately, they find out the circumstances that caused Vaishnavi’s death and the killer too.
