Plot

Rathinam is a diamond smuggler. During the police raid, he opens his slippers and hides a precious gem. In tension, his slippers are swapped with that of an auditor, Thyagarajan. Did they identify the slippers and exchange them? Did Thyagarajan find the precious gem inside the slipper? The rest of the story follows this.  

Star Performance

Singampuli’s casual performance is one of the biggest plus points. Lollu Sabha Manohar’s comedy performance is good. Vivek and Iraa did justice to their roles.

Analysis

The team should be appreciated for picking up the right cast. All fit well in the roles. The comedy is decent, too. However, if the comedy portions had been concentrated well and the stars had been utilized properly, it would’ve created some interesting stories. The screenplay is not gripping, though the sequences are in proper order. The BGM is not up to the mark. The visuals and editing are decent.

• The screenplay should’ve been made with enough grip
• More comedy scenes would’ve added weight

Verdict

Though the series has enough comedy and decent performances, if the screenplay had been made better, it would’ve added a grip. However, it can be watchable once!
