Plot
During the Dusshera celebration in the village, Vanadesam, a pregnant lady, jumps into the well. Ganesan is a Saamiyadi cum Koothu artist. He saves that pregnant lady. After a few years, a gang searches for her. A person who is ready for the MLA election is murdered, and Ganesan is stuck in this. In this issue, Ganesan loses his friend and his lady love. Meanwhile, a woman named Kaathadi gets in and suggests ideas to Ganesan. Who is she? What’s her connection with this village? The rest of the series deals with this.
Star Performance
Vimal lives in the character Ganesan. Seema Biswas excels in her role as Kaathadi. Ganja Karuppu, Pawan, Pavani, Pugazh, GM Kumar, Queency, and Dhivya have done their roles perfectly.
Analysis
The director should be appreciated for choosing the right cast, including the main characters, Seema and Vimal. It is good to see Seema in such a role. The first couple of episodes are interestingly shot and create excitement to watch the rest. However, when the story moves towards revenge, it slows down the pace, and the emotional value decreases. The screenplay gets distracted in the middle with the use of unnecessary words. Rajesh Shukla’s cinematography is good. The aerial and the close-up shots are fine. Karthik Raja’s background score elevates the intense scenes. The Nellai slang is perfect. The action sequences and art direction are good.
