Tarini is a Marathi series that started airing on 11th August 2025 on Zee Marathi. The series was earlier titled Jagaddhatri, and later changed to Tarini. It is the remake of the Zee Bangla series, Jagaddhatri. This series is remade in Telugu as Jagaddhatri, Punjabi as Sehajveer, Tamil as Ayali, and Malayalam as Durga.

Tarini is a simple, homely girl who longs for her mother’s love. Her father and granny provide her with enough love and affection. Her stepmother and stepsister always insult her and distance themselves from her. They do not know that she has another face. She is an undercover cop. What will happen if this secret gets exposed to her family?
