Sunil Vasant Bhosale produced the show. Star Yuva has been one of the channels that bring out stories of the youth. Girls’ Hostel is one such of Star Yuva’s shows which features youngsters caught in their inner and outer challenges, simultaneously experiencing haunting things to make anyone immensely scared.Â
The story revolves around the life of 16 girls, who’ve come from all over Maharashtra to become successful, independent ladies. But little did they know that one event would make their journeys even more difficult. A disastrous incident changes everything for them. The incident is that Sara, one of the housemates, dies mysteriously. The girls are in a huge shock. Soon after Sara’s death, they notice paranormal activities going on in the hostel. What happens to the rest of the girls? Is the reason for Sara’s death revealed? How do the ‘young women’ deal with all of this nuisance? The rest of the show deals with this.Â
