Born in Thrissur in March, 1945, to parents K. Antony and Gracy, she was brought up in Coimbatore, and completed her education in the St. Francis Anglo-Indian School.

K. Narayanan, born in Nandipuram in 1933, is an Indian editor and film director working for the Malayalam film industry. He has also worked as an editor in a few Tamil movies. Born to Kannan Nair and Kalyaniyamma in Thikkat house near Trichur, Mr. Narayanan completed his schooling in Madras. He dropped out in the 8th grade and started his career in cinema in 1947. Narayanan’s first independent project was a Kannada film named Sadarame. His first Malayalam film was Ashadeepam, which was released in 1953. K. Narayanan has worked in over 200 Malayalam and Tamil films. A few Malayalam films edited by him are Arappavan in 1961, Ramanan in 1967, Pareeksha in 1967, Manaswini in 1968, Kalpana in 1970, Abhayam in 1970, Siksha in 1971, Nathooon in 1974 and Anjali in 1977.

Anjukandy Thalakal Ummer also known as A.T. Ummer was an Indian music director who worked predominantly in Malayalam movies. He was born in Arjukandy, Kannur district, Kerala. He made his debut on the silver screen from the film Thalirukkal (1967). Director A. Vincent discovered his talent in music. He offered him a chance to compose music for a film he directed called Almaram in 1969. Later, after two years, he gave a hit Abhijathyam, in a movie directed by A.T. Ummer, and this became a turning point in his life as he got recognition in the Malayalam industry through this project. After that, in the 1970s, he collaborated with lyricist Bich Thirumula. P A Bakkar was an Indian Malayalam language film director and producer. He was born in the year 1940 near Kunnamkulam in Trichur. His parents were Ahamad Musliar and Fathima. He was married to Anita Backer. He began working early as a journalist and then became an assistant to the director Ramu Kariat in 1960. He debuted as a producer with the film Olavum Theeravum in 1970. This film won state awards in the best film and best cinematography category. I.V. Sasi or Irruppam Veedu Sasidaran is a prominent film director known for directing more than 150 Indian films in various languages. M G Soman was a South-Indian actor. He acted in Malayalam films. His actual name is Somashekharan Nair. He was born in Tiruvalla, Kerela on 28 October 1941. At a very tender age, he started his drama club with his friends and performed, Manaltharikal Garjikkunnu. He was born to K.N. Govinda Panicker and mother P.K. Bhavaniyamma. The great play writer, Scriptwriter, Film Director of Malayalam film industry Thoppil Bhaskara Pillai was born on 8 April 1924 at Vallikunnam in Alleppey district. He is the eldest son of Thoppil Parameshwaran Pillai and Nanikkutti Amma.
