Plot

The series is about the lives of the Five students of 11^th standard. And  their academic and their personal life challenge, about  self-awareness, new hobbies and interests, their dreams, and, their feelings for each other. They are surrounded by all kinds of challenges, that every person faces in their teenage years.

They all have different dreams and preferences, like: Anirban, who develops a passion for photography, and he also develops feeling for Stuti. Stuti is a type of person, who likes to be an activism, and is set to become the head-girl of the school. However, before even taking the oath, she tells her friends that she is considering leaving the school. Everyone is shocked by Stuti’s decision and Anirban thinks to confessing his feelings for her, and will request her not to leave this school. And his friends Raman, Dimple and Mukund supports him in doing the same, while going through the conflicts and challenges of their own, personal lives. At the same time, Mukund has an athletic ambition and likes to wrestle. How will they all be able to balance these challenges with their academics? How will they face the internal as well as external tensions which are going on in their lives? And will they be able to stop Stuti from leaving her school? The series covers this.

Star performance

Navika Kotia has done a fantastic job as she fulfilled her role very well, in the show. Aaditya Gupta has done wonderfully in his role. Manav Soneji has excelled in his role, and his expressions are remarkable. Alisha Parveen Khan has also done a marvellous performance and Ansh Pandey has done a superb job. The cast was performing great and with their age; they were putting as much efforts as needed, which resulted with an excellent performance.

Analysis

The show is a sequel to School Friends Season 1. The director, Sahil Verma has done a fabulous job into making this show, the contrast that he has put in by adding the light-heart comedy, the struggling teenage lives and academic pressure in the show are well-maintained. The storyline is exciting and relatable to the audience. The BGM and the visuals are fantastic, also the cast members have done their best.

Verdict

This is a drama that revolves around the lives and struggles of the teenagers that they face in their day-to-day lives while growing up. It shows how every student is unique in their way and how every teenager has a dream to fulfil. This show also highlights the external situations that can affect the lives of the teenagers, and it also shows how everything starts to change after that. It has light comedy and is very relatable to the audience. Watch this, you will love it.
