The plot revolves around a doctor named Kiyana Verma, a young, beautiful psychiatrist at Faith Hospital. Kiyana married Dr. Abhijit Verma, who is an oncologist, in the same hospital where she works. Kiyana is a very emotional person, and she wants to help her parents on her own. She's not like that type of person who only thinks of being clinical because she's a doctor. One fine day, a case comes to Kiyana about a young lady named Radhika Kapoor.
The case concerns Radhika, who is in an abusive relationship with her husband, Yash Kapoor, a businessman. Kiyana wants to help her by going out of the four walls. So she started digging into the history of Yash's life and got deeper and deeper. One day, Yash is found murdered at his beach house, and all the blame goes to Kiyana. There are multiple theories about it, but no one knows who is the real culprit.
