. It premiered on Tuesdays and Thursdays on Facebook at 5 pm and Instagram at 8 pm. There were ten episodes in total, and each lasted for 7 to 8 minutes. Through this show, LF originals took the viewers to five major cities of India famous for their street foods. Starting with Kolkata, they featured four other cities, Mumbai, Lucknow, Indore, and Delhi. Each episode opens with a video featuring people indulging in the street food of those places, while the host gives a voiceover description about it. The host then visits one such stall and interacts with the owner, who in India is usually referred to as ‘bhaiyya’ by all the customers.
She talks about their experiences in the field and how customers act with them. She tries their food and asks them to add Nutrela Soya in it to promote the brand. She also asks other customers about their liking towards the particular stall. In the end, she hands the owner a Nutrela gift hamper as thank you. The first two episodes, the flavour burst, and the perfect toss, featured the recipes of puchka (pani puri) and JhalMuri, respectively, the main street delicacies of Kolkata. The next two episodes, Mumbai’s favourite and the Buttery mix, featured Mumbai’s delicacies, Vada Pav and Pav Bhaji, respectively. The 5th and 6th episodes, Nawab’s special and Biryani E Khaas, featured Kebabs and Biryani.
They are Lucknow’s famous street-style food. Capital Ka Khana and Dahi Bhalla are the titles of the seventh and eighth episodes, respectively. They featured the recipes of Chole Bhature and Dahi Bhalla Chaat, the street delicacies of Delhi. The ninth and tenth episodes, Bhutte Ki Kachori and Chappan Dukan, were taken in Indore and featured the recipes of Kachori and Indian style hot dog, respectively. Since the show was premiered on social media, and because it involved street food, the youth formed the major audience for it.
