Steal Ur Girlfriend is a Hindi language TV show that aired on Channel [V] every Sunday at 7 pm. It started on 31 March 2011 and continues till now. The show is hosted by Kashmere Shah. Steal Ur Girlfriend is a reality show in which the host plays cupid to the struggling lovers. Anyone, irrespective of their gender, can call to the show to ask their help in confessing their feelings to the people they love. The host asks the caller questions about the person they love to know more about them. Once she believes that his/her for the other person is genuine, she agrees to help them. The host, along with the callers, follows the other person in her stylish van to know more about their habits.
She gathers all the information she can and suggests the caller different way to impress their crush. The show arranges for all the gifts, meets, and ‘accidental run-ins’. At the end of each episode, the callers confess his/her feeling to the one they love. It sometimes ends happily with the person accepting their love, but sometimes, they might reject them. The show is mostly followed by the youth to gather tips on how to impress their crush.
