The title of the show implies that he travels via trains, the most celebrated mode of transport in India. He interacts with the passengers on the train, learns about the place he’s about to visit, talks about the locations and history of the place, visits locals, and cooks local foods. He also talks about his inspiration for becoming a chef and his experiences with food.

The eighteen episodes are; 1. The Journey of Indian Railways: he talks about the history of railways in Mumbai city; 2. Ranveer Brar explores Mumbai like never before: he discovers the various cuisines of the city; 3. Ranveer Brar takes you inside the headquarters of IRCTC, New Delhi; 4. Queen of Hill stations - Shimla: this episode features the poet and novelist Rudyard Kipling’s relationship with Shimla; 7.
