Shipra was married at the young age of 19, but the marriage did not work out due to the abuse she faced at the hands of her husband and in-laws. Later after leaving her husband, she decided to participate in Masterchef India 2 thereby winning it.

Born on April 10, 1964, Ajay Chopra is an Indian chef. He comes from working class Punjabi family. Chopra was youngest among three kids. He wedded Amrita and has two children. Kunal has made multiple television appearances in India as well as abroad. He judged for the popular television show Master Chef India in Star Plus. He presented his first food show ‘The Foodie comes to America’ that was shoot in New York and in California, to discover Indian food in the USA. The show was exposed in Times Now which captured Kunal’s journey across world’s most vibrant cities, presenting the best Indo- American food. He has been invited as a judge on Master Chef USA and in an episode of Chef Pankaj Ka Zayka, in Star Plus, India.
