Betiyaan Apni Yaa Paraaya Dhan was a drama serial which was telecasted on Star One channel. This serial is about social culture of Rajkot, a city in Gujarat. The story is about six daughters along with a son. The story starts with a father who has six daughters and he thinks that his six daughters are useless and also a burden for him. That is why he only cares for his son. He tries to keep attention to his only son and also tries to find out his problems and opportunities. The main character of this show is the eldest daughter of Neelkanth whose name is Krishna. She always supports her younger sisters and tries to help them and find their own rights.

The serial started on 9th October 2006 and ended on 27th June 2007.
