Samarpan is a motivational documentary of the works done by the RSS affiliated NGO Rashtriya Sewa Bharathi, an organization that works with special focus on socio-economically marginalized, tribal, and indigenous communities. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is a paramilitary volunteer organization that has collaborated with various NGOs. This show aims to show the public the good works done by the NGO so that it would motivate them to do the same. It has featured many works of the NGO for hospitals, government schools, underprivileged kids, helpless old people, and many more.
Each episode featured a project, in which the first-hand experience of the volunteers and the reviews from those who have received help is shown. The show has motivated a lot of people to give back to the community and also received special appreciation from the Prime Minister of India,
