Paapnashini Gangaa is a mythological series on Ishara Tv. Its running time is 25 minutes. It is on Goddess Ganga, who is born from the divine feet of Lord Vishnu. She is controlled and sustained by the locks of Lord Shiva to reach Earth. Lord Brahma orders her to protect and bless the humans on Earth with her divine capabilities. It premiered on 1st March 2021 from Monday to Thursday at 7 and 9 pm. ‘Har Har Gange, the title song of the serial, was sung by Kailash Kher.
Andhkasur has created havoc on earth and has made the life of Devtas hell. He attacks Devlok and banishes Devtas from there. Shukracharya warns Andhkasur that his end will come soon as a girl child will be born. She is developing in the womb of Mayawati. Andhkasur tries to kill Ganga, but he becomes blind when he comes near Mainawati and Himvan. Ganga has the boon of Adishakti. She is the goddess of purity.
