The story goes as Happy Mehra, who is a free-spirited girl that is hailing from a middle-class family. Rocky Khosla and Chintu Khosla are two brothers who are opposite from each other. Rocky is an arrogant and a playboy, whereas Chintu is a kind-hearted guy. Happy and Chintu falls in love with each other. Later, Chintu dies, and the whole family along with Happy, gets shattered.
