The script of the series is based on a Persian story that accounts for the adventures of Hatim-al-Tai. Hatim-al-Tai is an Arab chieftain of the Tayyi tribe of Arabia. He was the son of the Emperor of Yemen in the Middle Ages.

Hatim was destined to spread peace and goodness around. He becomes the king of  Shammar. He grows up as an angel of good. He becomes a benevolent, loving, and kind-hearted prince. King Jaffar’s son Dajjal grows up as the angel of dark arts. He learns black magic and becomes evil. Hatim and Dajjal are opposite to each other. Dajjal wants to be the king of the Dark World. For that, he has to capture the force of goodness. He plans to marry Princess Sunaina, the epitome of goodness, to fetch the supreme powers.

When she declines Dajjal’s proposal, he curses Sunaina's brother to turn into stone. He gives the princess seven months to change her decision before his curse turns permanent. If Dajjal’s curse turns permanent, Sunaina’s brother will die. Sunaina’s lover comes to Hatim to ask for his help. Hatim is getting married to the queen of fairies. Dajjal’s powers threaten the existence of the fairy world. Now, Hatim feels responsible for taking care of the impending disaster. Hatim decides to go on a journey to learn how to defeat Dajjal.

Hatim and Dajjal become sworn enemies. They clash several times, but neither can kill each other. The show shows us the adventures of Hatim to solve the mystery of reversing Dajjal’s curse and also to defeat him. He has to overcome several challenges and find the answers to the seven questions that will help him defeat Dajjal’s power. The story of Hatim is quite popular among Indians.
