Plot
Some mysterious people murder a couple who travels through a forest. A set of friends are passing the same forest. They witness Azhagan and Amudhan with blood stains and suspect them as killers. On the same night, a girl from the friends’ gang gets kidnapped. After the kidnapping incident, the friends are killed one by one. Who is the serial killer? Did the girl escape from the people who abducted her? The rest of the story deals with it.
Star Performance
Sunaina is perfect in her role. She handled the role with ease and impressed the audience. Yogi Babu and Karunakaran’s scenes are enjoyable.
Analysis
The director tried to give a complete suspense thriller laced with murder and mystery. But, he didn’t get success in attracting all the audience. Although he had shown some scenes in detail with the cannibals and meat-eating plants in the forest, the rest of the film related to that mystery didn’t make use of it. The second half had the chance for a lot of thriller elements. But, those thrilling elements become useless, as the second half comes with some predictable scenes.

Trip would have been a good thriller if some scenes had been dealt with some more interesting background. However, it is watchable once!
