Plot

The main theme of Local Sarakku is friendship, women's empowerment, cybercrime, alcoholism and effects of marriage. The film starts with two close friends who are extensive alcohol addicts. One of them falls in love with a girl and gets married to her. The film takes an unexpected twist when the couple goes through a marital split. This is when his alcoholic buddy steps in and plays the role of matchmaker to save his best friend's marriage. For the reunion of the couple, the hero of the film decides to quit alcohol, but he realizes that it saves him from a situation that saves his life. The film's plot also illustrates the virtues of bravery and courage in the lives of women.

Star Performance

The lead roles are portrayed by Dinesh Kumar and Yogi Babu. Who shared a strong bond due to alcoholism. They both form an excellent comedy duo during the film, turning everyday situations into comedy moments.
