Plot

Lisaa and Rahul are lovers. They want to take their love to the next step and decide to get the consent of their parents to get married. When Lisaa speaks about this to her mother, she strongly denies it and says that she has been suffering a lot as her parents didn’t accept the love marriage and hence stops Lisaa. But, Lisaa brings a deal to her mom. If she makes her grandparents accept her mother, her mom should nod positively to marry Rahul. With the consent of her mom, Lisaa travels to her grandparents’ house alongside Rahul. What happens there? Did she meet her grandparents? Watch the film in theaters!

Star Performance

Anjali’s performance is good. She emotes well as ever. Makarand Deshpande played his role fantastically. Sam Jones looks okayish in his role and the rest of the cast did justice to their roles.

Analysis

This is India’s first horror film shot in 3D camera. Besides being a horror thriller, the film comes with a message. If the abandoned elders decide to take revenge, what will be the result is the main theme in the film. After sometime the film becomes predictable. Apart from the story and the performances, the visuals by Muthaiah is stunning. The 3D effects are really good. The first half should have been trimmed. The music by Santhosh Dayanidhi is excellent.

What’s There?

  • 3 D effects are wonderful
  • Visuals are fantastic and look cool

What’s Not There?

  • Logical Loopholes irk the audience
  • Some horror scenes are not conveyed properly
  • Predictable scenes in the second half

Verdict

The film comes with a good message, brilliant cinematography and excellent 3D effects. This is a complete family entertainer with decent scenes with eerie effects.
