The plot revolves around Naveen Sikhera (Mohit Raina), an honest IPS officer promoted to Senior Superintendent of Police and transferred to a city grappling with two powerful gangs - the Shaukeen gang in the east led by Shaukeen (Abhimanyu Singh), and the Dedha brothers Chintu (Siddhanth Kapoor) and Pintu (Pradeep Nagar) controlling the west.
These gangs terrorize the city through their criminal activities while the local police fear confronting them. Sikhera takes it upon himself to clean up the city as the new SSP.
