‘Hamare Baarah’ To Release On 7 June

One of his much awaited movies has undergone several cuts before its theatrical release. Initially titled ‘Hum Do Hamare Baraah’, it is now titled just ‘Hamare Baraah’. The movie will be directed by Kamal Chandra.

Recently the makers of ‘Hamare Baraah’ launched a poster of their movie. The movie courted controversy just with their first look poster, which was launched way back in 2022. The movie will now release on 7 June 2024, only a week before

But what is all the fuss about? ‘Hamare Baraah’, initially titled ‘Hum Do Hamare Baarah’ focus on the problem of overpopulation, and how it is harmful for any society. Since the narrative will be told through the eyes of a Muslim family, some self confessed intellectuals cried foul, accusing the makers of trying to peddle ‘propaganda’ at the behest of the Central Government.

While the Censor Board didn’t have any major objections, they did suggest a few cuts. This is why the title of the movie was also changed to ‘Hamare Baraah’.
