Self/Less Teaser, Trailer & Video Songs
Immortality is the ultimate end-game for the whole of humanity. The 2015 movie Self/Less delves into the concept of immortality, to give the brilliant minds more time on the earth. Tarsem Singh is the director of the movie and has cast some prominent actors such as Ryan Reynolds and Ben Kingsley. The trailer shows glimpses of the plot without giving away the whole story. Damian Hale, a business tycoon, finds out about his limited time on the land of the living and ventures to buy more time.
After agreeing to a dubious project wherein the host body’s consciousness gets transferred to a younger body, he begins to discover the consequences of his actions. The movie takes quite a bit of its story from the 1966 Sci-Fi thriller, Seconds. Their likeness is seen in much of the major scenes. Ben Kingsley appears only for a few of the starting scenes with a less than noteworthy New York accent. Ryan Reynolds, on the other hand, tries to play the role of an old man in a young man’s body but fails to capture the essence of the part to make it convincing.
The trailer depicts the action and drama without ruining the suspense. The cinematography looks fantastic, and the acting is on point. The technical aspects of the film are sturdy. The dramatic music and gripping dialogue point out to be an exciting movie experience. The reviews are neutral, but guaranties to be a thrilling show.
