A. Paramesh is an upcoming Indian director, story writer, screenplay writer, and director of photography in the Kannada film industry. He made his directorial debut into the industry with the film Kamarottu Checkpost, which released on 31 May 2019. He is also credited as its director of photography as well as a story writer and screenplay writer.

This horror flick stars Ahalya Suresh, Swathi Konde, Sanath, and Uthpal Gowda. It claims to be the first paranormal Kannada film and the first Indian film to use an animated chameleon. Shot in Madikeri and Mangaluru, Kamarottu Checkpost was produced by Chethan Raj and edited by Aryan Muktha Raaj.
