Bollywood actress Nimrat Kaur was born on 13th March 1982 in Pilani, Rajasthan, as the daughter of an Indian Army officer. She spent her early childhood hopping from cities to cities due to her father’s job until she lost her father to a terrorist attack in Kashmir in 1994. Her family moved to Delhi after her father’s death and she completed her schooling and college in Delhi itself. 

She moved to Mumbai after completing her college education to find an opportunity in the acting career. She started off with local theatre works and was also a model for print media advertisements then. Her famous plays include ‘Baghdad Wedding’ and ‘All About Women And Red Sparrow’. Even though she had done a role in the 2006 English film ‘One Night With The King’, her Bollywood break came only six years later with the Anurag Kahsyap movie ‘Peddlers’ in 2012. The movie was critically acclaimed and was staged at the prestigious Cannes festival, and Nimrat Kaur’s acting got good appreciation. 

Her next Bollywood film ‘Lunchbox’, which was released in 2013, was a huge success both critically and commercially and she got international recognition for her portrayal of the lonely wife character in the movie. This movie, which told the story of a lonely Indian wife’s friendship with a stranger over letters, was staged in Cannes film festival. Besides movies, she has also endorsed with a few brands and she is the famous ‘Cadbury’ girl from the super hit Cadbury Diary Milk ad. She is presently working with Akshay Kumar on the movie ‘Airlift’, which is scheduled to be released on early 2016.

 The new TV show. “Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi” demands Radhika to play the role of a Gujarati, happy go lucky girl. Apart from having to remould her life to the new and busy routine that onscreen acting demands, Radhika is coping well, as her character has well set ideologies, some of which match her own. Her relationship with her co-stars has also been very complementary as they are very open to helping her around the sets and showing her little tips and tricks. 

 Although the series is yet to air, Ekta Kapoor's confidence in the new talent has already garnered much excitement and the audience has already given a positive response and await the new chemistry between Shakti Arora and herself. Her sudden career change hasn’t stopped her from continuing her education, and she has decided to pursue her degree via correspondence. And although acting seems exciting, according to Radhika Madan, dance will always be her passion. It is after all, what makes her happy.

Mikhil Musale is a director who works in the Bolywood and Gujarati film industry. Mikhil was born on 3^rd November 1982 in a Maharashtrian family living in Gujarat. Known for his high-end production, he is a finance MBA graduate, who went to make his debut as a film producer with his pet project “Being Cyrus” starring Saif Ali Khan in 2006. “Being Cyrus” was an English Language Indian film, which was directed by Homi Adajania which gave critical acclaim to Saif Ali Khan and even established Dinesh as a film maker. 

Besides Illuminati Films where only Saif Ali Khan acts and Dinesh produces, the film celebrity has another feather in his cap too. He is founder of Helming Maddock films which made films like Badalpur and The Fault In Our Stars Remake with Varum Dewan. Earlier, he also made Finding Fanny which had Arjun Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in the lead and was released in 2014. Dinesh Vijan has seen more ups and down in his career, but interestingly, the performance of Badalpur in box office has established him as more powerful and successful film producer of the country. Although people loved his Cocktail and Go Goa Gone, his success for Badalpur will remain a milestone. Now we hear that, Vijan has got a script ready which he might even direct also. He has approached Parineeti Chopra and Saif Ali Khan to play lead roles for a love story script. Dinesh Vijan has chosen to become film producer, although his father and grandfather had been in the truck running business.

Hitesh Sonik is a music director and a singer in the Hindi film Industry. Making a mark in the Hindi music was not tough for him as he was the nephew of well-known music composer Sonik of the Sonik-Omi pair, who composed melodious music in 1970s. Sonik Omi is still remembered in the industry for the Rekha starred film, Sawan Bhado. Music composer Sonik Omi is also known for qawali track which was sung by Asha Bhonsle and Mohammed Rafi and became popular. 

Hitesh Sonik got the job of being an assistant to the music director Vishal Bhardwaj. He assisted Vishal in movies like Maachis and Hu Tu Tu and Kaminey and many more. He worked with Vishal for 11 movies. 

 As a music director, the greatest caliber he has shown to us is, that the full background music goes well with the overall flavor of the film, and he does not deviate from the core theme of the film. Examples of unconventional composition of Hitesh Sonik includes, from the film Hawaa Hawwai. 

As an independent composer, he will be also known for Luv Ranjan’s Pyaar Ka Punchaama and Raghav Dhars’s My Friend Pinto. Hitesh Sonik is now flooded with offers after the success of Kaminey; he is the choice for Pyar Ka Panchnama-2 and Manjhi- the Mountain Man. He also has scored the background music for Guddu Rangeela. 

He is married to singer Sunidhi Chauhan, who became highly popular with Ram Gopal Varma‘s MAST song. 

He also sung many songs in ‘ Hawaa Hawaai’, which grabbed the attention of us. Like other music composers, he chooses to sing songs only if that was a situational and conveys the central theme of the film. Otherwise, as a composer, his tunes are always catchy and can manage to lift our spirits at every situation. As a young music director, he sets an example of being an unconventional composer of recent times. 

Hitesh wanted to be an architect, but music was his passion. He loved playing guitar and he used to assist his father in recording and made it a full-time profession. Post partition, his family moved from Pakistan to refugee camp in Delhi; when they came to Mumbai, they had no godfather, but after his uncle Sonik put his feet in film world as a composer, there was no looking back for Hitesh’s family.

Sumeet Kotian is an Indian Film Editor. Sumeet was born and bought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Sumeet completed his schooling from Modern English School, Mumbai. After that, he Studied Bachelor of Mass Media at K J Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce. Sumeet can speak the English language, Hindi language, Tulu language, and Marathi language.

Priyanshu Chatterjee has had a successful stint as a model and later he ventured into films. The 2001 flick Tum Bin catapulted him to fame but he didn’t sustain, mainly due to his own limitations. Some of his other ventures include Aapko Pehle Bhi Kahin Dekha Hai, Pinjar, Dil Ka Rishta, Julie, Koi Mere Dil Mein Hai, Bhoothnath, Chintu Ji, Iti Mrinalini, Shunyo Awnko, Paanch Adhyay etc. 

Currently though Priyanshu is not seen in big screen, he is still remembered for his good looks, attractive personality and a great voice. However, somehow his films didn’t do wonders (except Tum Bin which was a sleeper hit) in Bollywood. Born on February 20, 1973 Priyanshu was wedded to TV anchor Malini Sharma (she also acted in the movie Raaz) but they parted ways in 2001. 

After completing graduation, Priyanshu was into modeling before entering film industry. He was pursuing an internship in CA and eventually got into modeling. Some of his modeling ventures include Levi’s, Wills Cigarettes, Four Square and Digjam Print Campaign. He also worked in a music video of ace singer Udit Narayan. The good looks of Priyanshu showed him the path to Bollywood too. Priyanshu imbibed acting skills from Kishore Namit Kapoor School of Acting before venturing into Bollywood. 

The 2001 flick Tum Bin is the debut venture of Priyanshu in Bollywood. Since it was quite a hit (the music was a great hit) the director of the flick, Anubhav Sinha joined hands with Priyanshu once again in the flick Aapko Pehle Bhi Kahin Dekha Hai but this film bombed at the box office. This duo later didn’t work together again. Pinjar is a film in Priyanshu’s career, which gained him the much-needed recognition after facing some flops. 

Priyanshu was very selective with his films since he didn’t want to be typecast with the hero image. He also has his own limitations and hence is not seen in Bollywood films of late. Priyanshu has also worked in some Bengali films.

Soham Majmudar is an Indian Film Actor and Theatre Artist. He works in the Bengali and Hindi Film Industries. Soham was born on the 5th of April. His father’s name is Saibal Majmudar, and his mother’s name is Nandita Majmudar. His father was an employee at ABG Shipyard Pvt. Ltd. He has a younger sister whose name is Sohini Mukherjee. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall (173 cm).
