Asif Kapadia is a filmmaker in Britain. He was born in a Muslim British Indian family in London city of United Kingdom. He completed his schooling in the year 1988 from Homerton House Secondary School. He, later on, attended Newport Film School i.e. the University of Wales in the year 1992 and then went on to complete his bachelor’s degree Photographic Arts, TV, and Film from the University of Westminster in the year 1994. He achieved master’s degree in television and film direction from Royal College of Arts in the year 1997.
