Hani Nadeem Essani is an Actor and HR professional from Pakistan. He studied for O-level Commerce at Jaffar Public School from 2011-13. He went to Cordoba School for A-level Commerce from 2013-15. He did his Bachelor of Business Administration in the specialization of Human Resource Management and Services from 2015-19. He was a Volunteer Intern at Alamgir Welfare Trust International from June to August 2017. He was an O-level Math and Add-Math Teacher from August 2014 to June 2018.

He worked as an Actor at MD Productions from March 2014 to February 2016. He worked in a Pakistani romantic drama series, Mere Humdum Mere Dost, which aired on Urdu 1, adapted from Farhat Ishtiaq's novel of a similar name. He played the role of Taufeeq's son, Sahir. He has also covered some evergreen classic songs like Dil Ki Lagi and Tum Hi Hou.

He was a Human Resources Intern at PepsiCo from June to July 2019. He was an HR Project Trainee at Coca-Cola CCI from January to July 2019. He worked at Essani International LLC as a Talent Acquisition Associate from August 2019 to February 2020 and as a Recruitment Lead responsible for Technical Recruitment, Negotiation, Relationship Building, Compliance, and Applicant Tracking Systems from March 2020 to January 2021. He worked part-time at ATNR, a full-service digital agency, as a Human Resources Consultant from February 2021 to April 2022.

He also worked at BrandH2O Private Limited as a Human Resources Manager from February 2021 to April 2022 and Senior Manager of Human Resources and Organizational Development from May 2022 to January 2023. He was the Senior Manager of Talent and Organizational Development at Crystallite Pakistan from February to September 2023 and has worked as the AVP of HR and People Excellence responsible for Employee Relations Management, Succession Planning, HR Operations, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, and Performance Management, since September 2023.
