Apart from his movies, he is also known for his political stand. He has supported the Farmers in their protest against the Indian Government. He has also conducted Cardiff Kisaan Rally in England, supporting the farmer’s fight against the newly introduced agricultural bill. He has also been an independent candidate for the Gurnos ward election held back in July 2018.
