Reshu Tamang, also known as R.T., is a well-known actress in the Nepali Film Industry.She lives in Kathmandu, Nepal. Reshu completed her education from Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, Nepal. Reshu works in Astitwa, Nepal, a non-governmental organisation established in 2019 and is also a part of National Youth Federation, Nepal. In 2016, Reshu acted in the film The Winner, where she played the character of Jenny, directed by Hikamt Bista, starring Ale Corsino, Amit Giri and Malina Joshi.
