Vinay Bihar is an Indian Film Director, Lyricist, Actor, Singer, and Writer from Bihar, India. He was born in the Village of Machhargawa, Distt- WEST Champaran, Bihar. He is known for movies such as Pratigya 2, Majnu Moterwala, Banaraswali, Khoon Bhari Hamar Maang, Laan Lebu Ka Ho, Pyar Mohabbat Zindabad. Saiyya Ji Dilwa Mangelein, Kare La Kamaal Dharti Ke Lal, Rowdy Rani, and more. He has directed movies such as Rajaji I Love You, Pyar Mohabbat Zindabad and Dasha Aur Disha- 50 Years Of Bhojpuri Cinema.
He has won awards like the 1st BIFA lyricist award in 2005 for Panditji Bataai Na Biyah Kab Hoyee.
