Women's standards are often questioned by society. They are always the ones to carry the honor of the family. When they make a mistake, they're restricted, and their lives turn into a mess. This story throws light on one such woman named Pakeeza. She lives with her single mother, Khadija, and elder sister, Kinza. She is a lovable woman by nature. She falls head over heels for her classmate, Hamza. Their families fix their engagement sooner. In a fun way, Hamza teases Pakeeza to prove her love for him. She misunderstands that and sends her revealing pictures to him. Hamza feels ashamed and asks her to stop sending him them. Soon, Pakiza gets attacked by goons to whom she loses her phone. They shoot her, and she gets admitted to a hospital. The goons leak her photos on social media. That changes her life completely. Ramsha has a love interest in Hamza. She feels jealous about losing him and shares Pakeeza's pictures with Hamza's family. They broke off the engagement.

Kizna's husband divorces her. Their mother poisons Pakeeza for indulging in such activity. Knowing that she's in a critical state, she announces that Pakeeza has committed suicide. Hamza becomes devastated and marries her elder sister for ruining the family. Dr. Saad takes care of Pakeeza and tries to heal her. He lies to her mother that she's dead. Pakeeza shifts into a coma. Dr. Saad gets threatened by people trying to treat her, so Pakeeza escapes the place to a woman's shelter to not burden him. She gets fed of time when she learns about her pregnancy. Rashna sees Pakeeza during her volunteering at the shrine.

Meanwhile, she has a miscarriage. Dr. Saad works hard to bring justice to her by taking the case to court. Pakeeza faces many questions about her modesty after knowing about her leaked pictures.
