Tiffin Time is a Tamil language TV show that airs on the channel Captain TV. The show is aired on television from Monday to Saturday in the evenings for fifteen minutes. Like the name suggests, Tiffin Time is an evening time cookery show. The chef featured on the show is Chef Ahmed Sha. The show opens with the anchor and the chef sitting on a small round table talking about the day’s food item. The show features easy to prepare evening snack items that can be done with the ingredients we usually find in our houses every day. The process is short and easy to follow, and gives tasty results.
After revealing the day’s dish, they proceed to the cooking station. The chef first names all the ingredients while their pictures are shown. Then the detailed recipe/procedure is given. These short and sweet recipes are a total time-saver for working people who get home tired and wait to eat something tasty.
