1. Mahathi
Mahathi is an Indian musician, born on 10 February 1985 in Chennai into a family of musicians. While her father, Thiruvaiyaru Sekar, is a former Carnatic vocalist, her mother, Vasanthi Sekhar, was a flute player. She completed her schooling from Cochin and graduated from Meenakshi College, Kodambakkam with a bachelor’s degree in English literature. With music running in her blood, it was no surprise to discover a child prodigy in Mahathi. When she was just one and a half-year-old, she started identifying the Carnatic Ragas, and by the time she was three, she could identify seventy-five of them. She got her initial training from her parents, as well as from Deepa and Gayatri at Thiruvananthapuram. Further, Sri O S Thiagarajan, Padmabhushan Chevalier Dr.M. Balamuralikrishna, and Padmabhushan T. N. Seshagopalan provided for her formal training. The talented prodigy was not kept hidden and in 1994, she received a scholarship from the Central government. Mahathi began performing at concerts when she was just ten.

Sriranjani Santhanagopalan is an Indian classical musician born on 14 March 1998 in Chennai. She is the most famous and sought musician in the Carnatic music field. She is the daughter of Vidwan Nayeli. Sri.R. Santhanagopalan. She has many rewards and prizes for concerts. She has traveled all over India and abroad, including almost 25 cities in the united states of America, Singapore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Australia, New Zealand, and others. She also runs a highly successful music school today, Sriranjani’s Tapasya.
