Aayushyachya Valnavar is a Marathi-language TV serial on Fakt Marathi. The serial starts with a lovely couple who have been married for years and it is their 7th wedding anniversary. The husband successfully executes his plans for making the day special for his adored wife, from bringing her flowers, cooking her food, appreciating her for her dedication to their relationship, to taking her out on a special day. Thus, the picture painted is of a couple in a healthy relationship. However, their hearts yearn for a child to complete their family. The husband had been in an unhappy marriage before he met his current wife. He receives a call from his ex-wife’s family that she is unwell and wants to meet him. His present wife convinces him to go meet her.

As he does, he discovers he has a daughter about which he did not know. He brings his daughter along with him. His current wife, who yearns for a child, accepts her as her own. However, the husband’s ex-wife’s family poses resistance to the idea. The child gets attached to her father and stepmother. Despite that, she is taken away by her uncle. However, they finally see the truth behind the child’s happiness and they allow the father to have legal custody of his daughter. Thus, everything works out in the end and they get their happy ending.
