Born on the 22nd of September, 1987, Unni Mukundan is the son of M Mukundan Nair and Roji Mukundan. He was born in Villadom in Trichur, but grew up in Ahmedabad. Unni made his foray into the film industry after the completion of his Plus Two in commerce, and is currently pursuing his B.A. in English from the Prajyothi Nietan College, Thrissur. Unni is a firm believer in having a good education, and is usually found to be busy with his classes when he is not shooting for his movies, even quoting “I believe that I am in a space where I can fix my dates”, showing his confidence in his ability, and also in his belief that a good education is absolutely essential.

Known as the “Muscle Aliyan” of M-Town, Unni made his debut in the Tamil movie Seedan in 2011, which was an adaptation of the Malayalam Nandanam, as the main lead. His debut Malayalam movie was Bombay March 12 alongside the veritable Mammootty. He also played a supporting role in Thalsamayam Oru Penkutty.

His versatility saw him reprise roles in movies such as Ezham Suryan, Bangkok Summer. He also played the title role in Mallu Singh alongside Kunchacko Boban, which turned out to be a box office hit. His other movies include Theevram, I Love Me, Ithu Pathiramanal, D Company, Orissa, The Last Supper, Rajadhi Raja and Vikramadhityan.

He has gained popularity for his role in Vikramadhityan, where he plays the role of the son of a cop and is placed against Dulquer Salman who plays the role of the son of a thief. Both the boys become classmates in school and the movie then proceeds to show their journey into adulthood.

For his role in Bombay March 12, Unni won several awards including the Asianet Film Award: Best New Face of the Year 2011, the Asiavision Movie Awards: 2011 Best New Face of the Year, The Jaihind TV Best Newcomer of the Year 2011, the Amritha TV Best Debut Award  and the South Debut Actor for South Indian International Movie Awards.

Shiju AR is an Indian actor who had a versatile career, ranging from Mollywood to Tollywood, and even a bit of a foray into the international movie scene under the stage name Devi Shiju. Born Shiju AR to parents Rasheed and Ayisha in Ernakulam, Kerala on the 4th of August, 1974;he completed his education from St. Albert’s College in Ernakulam and then from the S.S.M Polytechnic College in Tirur before entering into the movie scene in 1996.

His debut Tamil movie was Mahaprabhu directed by Venkatesh A. where his role as a villain gave his first major break. His further work in the Telugu movie Devi ensured a super hit, followed by Manasantha Nuvve, Simharasi, Nuvu Naaku Natchav etc. His works in Mollywood include his debut movie Mazhavilkoodaaram where he played the role of Suresh in the musical hit, Anuragakottaram, Dosth, Kaaryasthan Ring Master, Polytechnic and Avatharam. He has of played roles including that of a lover in Snehapoorvam cast against Vaibhavi Merchant, alongside Innocent, to acting in the Telugu drama movie Siva Rama Raju.

His international works include In the Name of Buddha in English in the year 2002 directed by Rajesh Touchriver along with the second one called  True Identity also in English in 2002; and his works in television serials include Akashadoothu on Surya TV, and Sooryakaladi  on the channel Amrita TV. Having taken a break in 2004, Shiju made his come-back in 2013 with the movie Proprietors: Kammath & Kammath¸ an action comedy featuring Mammootty and Dileep where he played the role of Sunnichan, the brother of the character played by Karthika Nair.

His soul partner name is  Preethi Prem, who was an air hostess for Kuwait Airways and a Bharatnatyam classical dancer. Muskaan Shiju is the name of their cute daughter. He currently resides at Edapally, Kochi with family. 
 

RJ Mathukutty is a multi-skilled artist in Malayalam film industry. Mathukutty has explored many professions in the film industry like Radio Jockey, dialogue writer, dubbing artist, TV host and acted in several short films and entertained audience.
