1. Sreevidya
Srividya was a versatile actress who balanced her position well in Tamil and Malayalam movies. She is the daughter of M. L. Vasantha Kumari, the popular carnatic vocalist. Her father Krishnamoorthy was an actor and he quit acting after he was diseased by some skin issues. Srividya made her debut as a child artist in the film Thiruvarutchelvar, which had Chevalier Sivaji Ganesan as the lead. She danced in the Malayalam film Kumarasambhavam at her young age and also entered the Telugu film industry. Srividya’s bigger breakthrough was through the Tamil movie Nootrukku Nooru, in which Jaishankar and Lakshmi did the lead roles. Srividya had her character as a student, who loves her professor madly. Delhi to Madras is her first film as a solo heroine, in which she paired Jaishankar. She had lots of hit films, among which the film Apoorva Raagangal directed by K. Balachander was a notable one. In that film she acted as the middle aged lady, who is loved by a youngster. That is the first film for Rajini Kanth, in which she paired him. As Srividya is from the family of carnatic legends, she had many offers to sing for films. She did only a few songs in Malayalam and Tamil, among which Sunday Bazaar song in the film Amaran is the only Tamil song sung by her. Srividya’s last film is London directed by Sundar C and acted by Prashanth and Pandiyarajan. Srividya’s marriage with George Thomas lasted only for 2 years. Srividya had her last breathe in the year 2006. She suffered from spine cancer and lived finally at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Shafna is an Indian cinema actress. She has been seen mainly in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam films. She was born on June 15, 1990, to Nizam and Shahida. She has two siblings, both girls, Shabna, and Shaina, one is elder, and the other is younger. She made her acting debut when she was just a eight years old child, in 1998, with the movie Chinthavishtayaya Shyamala.

Born in 1945 to parents Raman Menon and Devakiyamma, in the Thrissur district, she learned the nuances of classical dance from an early age, and performed on several stages in the presence of several dignitaries. She was crowned Miss Thrissur in 1970, following which she entered the realm of acting. She made her debut through the movie Thiramala in 1953 as a child artist. Thirmala was directed by Vimal Kumar and P.R.S. Pillai, and holds a special place in Malayalam cinema, having the renowned film maker Ramu Kariat working as an Assistant Director, with the cast Kumari Thankam, Sathyan and Thomas Burleigh.
Although she had several offers to act in movies, she did not enter the movie scene from the time of her marriage until the time her children had completed their schooling, making her comeback in Kiratham in 1985.
Following her re-entry into the movie scene, she acted in several movies of note, including Parinayam (1994) where she played the role of Veliya Athemaru alongside industry legends like Thilakan, Mohini, Manoj K Jayan, and Nedumudi Venu. This got her noticed, following which she acted in some of her most famous roles. She also has acted in serials on the silver screen apart from several advertisements as well.
Some of her movies of note include Uppu, Sunil Vayassy, Oridathu, Theertham, Unnikale Oru Kadha Parayam, Nakshathrakoodaram, Sainyam, Vellinakshatram, Achuvinte Amma, Manushyamrugham, Oru Yathrayil, Avatharam among several others, from 1986 to 2014.
She has also acted in the following serials: Jalam, Swaamiye Saranamayappa, Mohakkadal, Velankani Mathavu on Surya TV, Alaundinte Albuthavilakku, Parasparam, on Asianet, and Sree Padmanabham on Amrita TV, apart from a reality TV show on Kairali TV named Nakshathradeepangal.

Born in Kochi, in the state of Kerala, Santhakumari has been a predominant actress featuring in over 250 Malayalam movies and several Malayalam serials. Her career has spanned over 34 years, from 1976 to the present. Santhakumari was born as the eighth child out of ten, to parents Narayanan and Karthyayani, and completed her primary education from Thevara
C.C.P.L.M High School Ernakulam.
Her career span saw her receiving the prestigious Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress for Chuvanna Vithukal in 1977, and also presented with a house, named “Snehaveedu” by the Malayalam Movie Artists Association in 2012. In 2011, she was also the recipient of the prestigious Kerala Film Critics Association Awards – the Chalachitra Prathibha Award.
Santhakumari made her debut in 1967 in the movie Iruttinte Aatmavu, after which she got her first major career break in the movie Secretary in 1976, following which she has acted in several well received and critically acclaimed movies in supporting roles.
Her career has also taken her to the silver screen in Malayalam, where she has acted in popular shows on TV including Sthree & Omanathinkal Pakshi (Asianet) and has featured in interviews including Oli Mangatha Tharakal on Surya TV.
