After the first season, the second season of the series portrays the journey of Narendra Damodaran Modi focusing more on his politics and how he climbed up the political challenges where he became Gujarat's Chief Minister and eventually, the Prime Minister of India.Â
Director Umesh Shukla attempts to understand and recreate those emotions that Modi might have experienced during significant events in his political journey like the Bhuj earthquake and Godhra riots. The second season picks up from where the first season had left off, with Modi taking over the reins of Gujarat in 2001 and later taking oath as the Prime Minister of India in 2014.
