Bebaakee is the story of obsession, love, friendship, and hatred. Adil Abdullah and Farhad Alqaazi have been best friends all their lives. Together, they own the biggest media house in Manali, Shimla. Their sons, Sufiyaan and Imtiaz, are best friends and polls apart in personalities. Kainaat is a journalist who joins their company. Sufiyaan is the flirty, charismatic guy who wins over Kainaat. They fall in love with each other.

However, Sufiyan is an obsessive lover - jealous and a womanizer. Because of circumstances, Kainaat and Imtiaz get married. Then, Sufiyan’s atrocities towards the married couple start. Meanwhile, Kainaat and Imtiaz fall in love. The story follows through with the love triangle and Sufiyaan’s desperate attempts to win Kainaat back.
