The gang leaders or mentors initially had to select people into their gangs based on their physical strength, mental abilities, and their ability to entertain. Contestants are picked by various gangs depending on which leader they impress the most.

If two or more gang leaders, picked the same contestant, then, the contestant gets to choose which gang they want to be a part off. The Roadies journey is filled with tasks and battles to see who emerges victorious. The winning gang was given immunity, and the losing gangs were up for elimination which was done by a vote-out process. The show was won by Shweta who is a fitness enthusiast, from Gang Neha. It witnessed a lot of drama between gang leaders and fellow contestants. The show is full of twists and turns.
