Regiment Diaries is a documentary tv show aired on the Epic TV channel. It was in the Hindi language. Epic TV is a Hindi language channel that airs shows related to Indian History, folktales, and the greatness of India. Sometimes it also features nonfiction shows as well to maintain its popularity. In its series of showing documentaries, the channel produced the show named Regiment Diaries. It was a show based on the Indian Army, Great India battles related to the Indian army and their stories. It was a documentary show on which leaders of the Indian army came to talk about the different wars and other things related to the Indian army. The first season of the show was aired on 16 August 2018. It was aired once a week.

The show had a total of 13 episodes in its first season. It ended on 8 November 2018. In each episode, they showed some historical never before seen footage related to wars in which the Indian army did an excellent job. In its first episode, they had interviews with the officials of Madras Engineers Group. In the show, they all talked about the things they do in the field and then shared some stories related to their work. In the episode, they asked if they have to face any problems during their job and other things. In another episode, they interviewed another battalion of army officials named Rajputana Rifles. In the show, they told that it is the oldest rifle regiment in the Indian Army.

This regiment is like pride for the people serving in the regiment. The episode showed that from some families more than 5th generation people are serving in the same regiment. After that, they featured the Jat Regiment. In the show, it was told that the Jat regiment is older than 200 years and is serving in the country. It is told that they have fought in many wars until now. In the show, it was told that they also took part in World War 1 and World War 2. In the episode, stories related to the greatness of the Jat regiment were shared. In another episode, they explored another regiment named Dogra regiment. It was told in the episode that it had been more than 100 years since its incorporation.

It was told that there were only three battalions at the start of this regiment. Later some other battalions were added.
