MTV Roadies Karm Ya Kaand's auditions happened in Chandigarh, Delhi, Indore, and Pune on 13 April, 15 April, 20 April, and 22 April, respectively. The rule of the auction was that the contestant required at least two votes from the gang leaders to present them in an auction. Sonu Sood had three special powers: Kaand, Sonu Astra, and Reverse. The auditions lasted till the 12th episode. 

From the 13th episode, with changing locations, the game began. At Kurukshetra, the first location, the contestants had to perform the first task, Bhai Bhai Story Coming Soon... >> Read More... ki Pisai. In this task, one team out of the two teams of each gang leader was declared the winner. The shooting of episodes 14 to 19 was in the second location, Patiala. The second, third, fourth, and fifth tasks took place here. In the 2nd task, Goodluck Gullak, Pallavi, and Prakram from the Gang Gautam won. In the 3rd task, Haar ka Waar, and the 4th task, Wakhra Swag, Gang Gautam was the winner. 

In the 5th task, Chaat yaa Chaata, Gang Rhea entered the points table. The third location was Chail, where episodes 20 to 25 were shot. The sixth, seventh, and eighth tasks took place here. Gang Rhea achieved another win by completing the sixth task called Todd Faad Entry. The seventh task, Go Gobar Gone, and the eighth task, Teen Patti Gul Batti, helped the three gangs earn immunity points. Gang Prince won the ninth task, Naach Jamura Naach.

Tasks 10 to 14 occurred in Solang Valley during episodes 26 to 32. The tenth task, Ande Ka Funda, and the eleventh task, Bom Diggy Diggy Bomb, helped Prince Gang earn two more victories. Currently, the Roadies team is shooting in Sissu. The fifteenth and sixteenth task of episode 33 has premiered, and the upcoming episodes are under production.
