Hip-hop is a genre that is gaining more and more popularity recently, especially among the younsters. And channel MTV has again taken up the opportunity to influence the youth with this creative Rap show. Upcoming rappers compete to become the best rapper and score the trophy. This season was hoted by Krissann Baretto, while the populater Rapper, singer, and music producer Badshaah judged the show, and added much glory.

All of these are famous rappers and popstards and in this season, they get the opportunity to lead their teams, while also judging the other contenders. Sixteen talented contestants were picked by the famous Badshah through their entries on Voot. He then decided which contestant should go to which squad. The task of the Squad bosses was to impart their knowledge about hip-hop and groom them to make them the winner. 

The contestants were judged based on their talent, performance, meter, technique, musicality, and storytelling. Paradox and MC Square were two rappers who became the audience’s favourite due to their beautiful performances. Both of them made their place in the final top 2. Mc Square, who became highly popular for his song ’Ram Ram,’ became the ultimate winner of the season, bagging the trophy and the cash prize. In the first and second week, Badshah decided the teams but the Squad Bosses had the opportunity to change his decision by honking and asking the contestant to join their squad.
