The story revolves around Aparajita, who is born as a destructive girl. Her whole body along the body fluids is also poisonous, which turns fatal to the one who contacts. Initially, she did not know the truth about herself and her maternal aunt Kalpana, used her as a loop to revenge Mittal’s family. She believed that she was her birth mother. Her aunt used to lock her in from childhood to avoid other's contact, and this created a curiosity in Malay. For the first time, she met Malay at the party at Mittal’s mansion.

He was admired on her mysterious aura and smitten with her lustrous look. When similar incidents confuse her, she questions her true identity to her aunt. She also asks the reason for the change of her skin color whenever she felt conflict. Then she reveals the truth that she came from the ancestral Vishkanya family. She also forces her to kill every member of Mittal’s family, including Malay. Here comes the flashback, Malay’s father marries Kalpana hiding his marriage with Malay’s mother. To kill Kalpana, Malay’s mother hires a man with a gun. Mistakenly, he harms Kalpana’s sister and Aparajita’s mother, which causes Malay’s father, and Aparajita’s mother paralyzed. Kalpana planned to take revenge on Nandhitha Mittal by killing Malay, making him fall in love with Aparajita.

She was not interested in doing and separated herself from him. But Malay, without knowing the truth, protruded her. Despite her wish, both fall in love with each other. When his mother came to know it, she plotted many conspiracies to separate them. Eventually, due to the influence of the family and mishappenings of his mother, Malay forcibly marries Vardaan. He then changes his heart and soon falls in love with Vardaan due to Aparajita’s dismay as he broke up from her. When Aparajita feels from the hands of Kalpana, she wanted to marry Malay, who is not interested in her glamorous look and shiny face. Aparajita influences Vardaan to divorce Malay, and he forcibly marries her. But Vardaan saves her life, which causes Aparajita to leave Malay to make them live together.

Aparajita tells her true identity just before their marriage. At the same time, Black shadow (a woman made of smoke) visits to kill Aparajita. But Vardaan intervenes, and Aparajita kills Black shadow. She promises to Vardaan that she and Malay will live happily, and Vardaan passes away. A three-month leap arrives on the serial, which introduces Mandhira, Nandhitha Mittal’s sister killed by Black Shadow. Black Shadow takes form as Mandhira to Kill Chiki, Avi Mittal’s fiancée. Black Shadow arrives with her assistant Yakshini, who is the embodiment of lust. She comes as Laila, who is soon to marry Avi. Aparajita confronts them and burns Yakshini’s tree, which is her house, and believed that it is the accumulation of her powers.

Black Shadow kidnaps Kalpana and orders Aparajita to get intimate with Malay in which their offspring will save Black Shadow. Aparajita, along with Malay, plays a dilemma and kills Black Shadow. Then she moves to the Himalayas to spent her whole life there, which causes Malay to realize his love for her. He stops her to inform her that her scratch has gone, Baba makes a plan. At the end of the program, Baba tells her that goddess taken venom out of her body in return to Black Shadow’s death. In conclusion, Aparajita and Malay lead a happy life.
