The serial is about two sisters who are willing to go to any lengths for one another. Komal and Kanak lost their parents when they were young. Komal is a great dancer, and Kanak is a sprinter. Their late father, a sprinter, has always wanted his daughters to become a sprinter like him, but Komal is medically unfit for it.

He supported them nonetheless with their passions and pushed them to achieve their goals. His one goal in life was to see his daughters reach theirs. After their parents’ death, the girls had to face a lot of challenges and sacrifice a lot to stay on their feet. They have supported each other through everything and managed to pull through the worst, or so they thought. Akash is the son of a rich and ruthless politician, who is the owner of the house Komal and Kanak live in. He doesn’t know that his father has sent goons to the girls’ house to make them evict the house. He saves them from the problems caused by his father more than once. Akash’s grandfather is a sophisticated and righteous man who reprimands his son for his actions. Akash is in love with Komal and proposes to her.

She accepts it, hoping that it would help her sister and fight for justice. Akash’s father was not a fan of the arrangement, but he agreed to it reluctantly. Akash’s grandfather knew about his son’s injustice towards Komal and supports and helped her get justice. There were other people in the family who were against Komal. She manages to prove to them that their antics won’t work on her. Her in-laws make it harder for her to take care of her sister, but she manages to do her task pretty well. Apart from the discrimination of a person from a low socio-economic background by those of a high socio-economic background, the show has featured the special bond between sisters who have grown up together. Komal and Kanak depict the kind of a special bond sisters have and how much one is willing to do for their loved ones.
